Parents and grandparents play a vital role into what we eat, how we eat it and when we eat the foods we eat. It is often the case that we love the foods from our family's cultural backgrounds. In some cultures, getting kids involved with preparing and cooking foods is common and helps to build bonds and relationships between generations.
